ESPN did a 30/30 on Ricky Williams, but when the real movie comes out on his life in 20 years,  I will be the first in line.

He had one of the most interesting NFL careers of all time.

Deion Sanders is disputing a TMZ report saying that Pilar was attacked by a female friend at their home.

In fact, Prime says it wasn’t a “female friend” it was his aunt and she was the one attack.

As you can see Deion is saying that these stories are being thrown out there to discredit him and slander his reputation.  If Deion indeed has proof, he should release it, because maybe that would clear up who is really the villain in this divorce.

I think everyone should be sensitive that Deion and Pilar don’t just have grown and teenage kids, but also younger children that are being effected by all of this.

The sooner it gets resolved the better.

It has been confirmed that Chris Brown will perform at the Grammys this Sunday. Now, while we understand that 2011 was a major year for the star – for every Good Morning America window-breaking outburst he had, there was a solid smash hit delivered to radio – we’re not sure we’re ready to see him gallivanting, glowing or grinding the stage considering the circumstances. It’s like a thief returning to the scene of the crime and flaunting his new possessions.

You see, the Grammys will – for Chris – forever recall that fateful evening before the show in 2009 on which he violently beat his then-girlfriend Rihanna, ultimately causing the two to cancel their appearances at the major music event the next day.

Court dates, restraining orders, anger management classes, hours of community service, and a brief (thank goodness!) reconciliation between the couple followed, but so did the general disgust, disapproval and altogether condemnation of all things Chris Brown – his albums, his concerts, his success. We hoped his career would never recover.

But with “Look At Me Now” being one of last year’s most-watched videos on YouTube and “Beautiful People” taking the top spot on the U.S. Hot Dance Club Songs chart, it’s become obvious that the public’s resistance is on the wane.

Sunday will not just mark the first time he’s performed on the Grammy stage since the incident; it will be the first time he’s even attended the show in the three years following. And considering that both he and his ex Rihanna are up for the Best Rap Song award – him for “Look At Me Now,” her for the contribution she made on Kanye West’s “All of The Lights” – we can only hope that the most these two communicate is via an awkwardly gracious smile the camera catches if the other happens to win.

It’s happened again: former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney will spend the rest of the week spinning assertions by pundits that he can’t close the deal with hardcore conservatives. (That’s because he really can’t!)

Romney has former Pennsylvania senator Rick Santorum to thank. The evangelical candidate won Tuesday’s caucuses in Minnesota and Colorado, and a ceremonial primary in Missouri.

Although his primary wins now total four, just one more than Romney, Santorum has not trounced the former governor in the delegate count. (That’s what really matters. He’ll need to pick up somewhere close to 1,144 to have a shot at winning the nomination.)

Romney’s camp can’t deny that Santorum’s brand of politics, his impressive debate performances, and his avoiding the “out-of-touch,” “Washington hypocrite” labels are increasingly appealing to the Republican base.

That may be why the Romney campaign and “unaffiliated” super PACs will prepare a fresh round of “shock and awe” attacks to stifle any momentum Santorum is gaining. In the case of former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, it’s worked for the Romney camp.

Santorum doesn’t have the same vulnerabilities that Gingrich had coming into the race. With the exception of a few cringe-worthy, racially tinged moments, Santorum has avoided weeks of attacks concerning his positions on moral and social issues.

According to recent state polling, not one of the three important upcoming primaries (Michigan, Arizona and Ohio) projects Santorum will pick up more wins. Santorum can shift those numbers with a solid performance in the next debate on CNN, Feb. 22.

A good swath of the base doesn’t like Gingrich. Too many are unsure of Romney. And not enough of Republican voters outside of hardcore religious conservatives are stoked about Santorum.

If you take Kenny Powers from Eastbound Down, straighten his hair and darken his skin, what do you get? Broward County (Florida) teacher Leslie Rainer.

Rainer is currently under fire for referring to her Haitian students as “chocolate that nobody wanted.”

Rainer, who isn’t the lightest person herself, says that her comment was taken out of context saying that “chocolate” is a term of endearment and that her husband even calls her “sweet chocolate.”

This isn’t the first time she’s offended her students. In the wake of the earthquake in Haiti, she told her students that Haiti suffered such a massive disaster because they made a pact with the devil. Sounds familiar, we know. To further her point, she made a Haitian student stand by a trash can to symbolize “where they belonged.”

Rainer’s discrimination doesn’t discriminate though. Before that incident she reportedly sprinkled “holy water” on a teacher who is a known atheist. She was never punished for any of her behavior because her husband is a pretty powerful preacher around the way who tends to lean on the school district.

She will how ever be suspended for three days for the “chocolate” remark. But after that she is expected to resume teaching.

It seems this week we’re learning the 2012 presidential race has three flip-floppers vying for the Oval Office: reputational moderate Mitt Romney, influence peddling Newt Gingrich, and now a seemingly “flimsy-on-principles” Barack Obama.

To be clear, President Obama, during a Sunday pre-Super Bowl broadcast interview, and through a poorly restrained grin, expressed his desire that wealthy donors and special interest groups stick to the limitations placed on individuals.
